Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no accounts, collects no names or email addresses, and stores your test results only in your own browser. We see anonymous page-view statistics and nothing else.

Your scores and progress

Answers you save mid-test, completed results, band history and notes are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.

Grading

When you submit a test, your answers are sent to our server once so they can be marked. They are processed in memory to produce your score and are not stored, logged to a database, or linked to you.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are used. It is cookieless and collects aggregated, anonymised data (page views, country-level region, device type). It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. There are no ads.

Server logs & abuse prevention

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate-limiting — for example to stop bulk scraping. These are not used to identify visitors.

Children

The site is a study tool suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information, no parental-consent mechanism is required.
